DESCRIPTION:

This talk is aimed at helping parents address the following questions and learn how they can take an active role in the healing process through homeopathy:

How can homeopathy be used to heal your child?
How is a homeopathic case initially assessed to determine the remedy that best fits your child?
How can a parent define parameters to judge progress in a case?
How can a parent identify a homeopath who can manage their child's case?

Homeopathy is a system of medicine with the goal of treating the
person, rather than the disease diagnosis, with medicines called
remedies that use highly diluted substances aimed at triggering the body's natural system of healing.

Homeopathic case taking is a complex matrix of characteristic physical symptoms, genetic disposition/miasms, mother's state during pregnancy, and alert observations to develop the complete remedy picture to heal your child. 
An understanding of the intricacies of this complex matrix can better educate and empower parents to provide the feedback
needed to best further their child's case for optimal results.

A review of this matrix will unravel how these building blocks in a
homeopathic case are integrated:


- The essence of the periodic table of elements and
mineral/animal/plant kingdom classifications used to help identify and confirm the remedy

- Subjective observations of doodles and other creative play forms
used to grasp the innermost core of the child, especially when a
child's verbal abilities are limited

- Targeted use of homeopathic inter-current remedies applied when indicated remedies fail to act or use of vaccine nosodes to counter adverse effects of specific vaccines

- The innovative use of homeopathy 'guided' ABA or RABA (Remedy Applied Behavior Analysis) as a tool to enhance homeopathic case management, learning and social skills of your children

Further discussion will focus on the use of the SOS-Heptagon Paradigm based on the 7 W questions that comprise a case-taking technique based on a combination of three methods and the associated questions as called for by the demands of the case and any blocks faced. 
An understanding of this approach and questions will better equip parents to provide a more accurate and complete picture of their child's case.

- S: A sound system approach requiring an accurate understanding of the essence of the periodic table of elements and the three kingdoms from which remedies are prepared
- O: Specific target organ affections and their remedial correction
(as in neurological, gastro-intestinal, and immune pathways)
- S: Symptoms, both typical and atypical

The 7 Ws of the Heptagon Module are:
- What is the experience with the condition/concern (characteristic
symptoms and sensations)?
- What is the pace of the condition (how quickly did it progress)?
- What are the observations noted?
- What if any is the parental link?
- What are the acute crisis link?
- Why has the condition developed (probable cause/s)?
- Where from and where to (sequence of chronology)?

PARENT PANEL
A panel of parents will share their experiences and be available
throughout the presentation to further clarify with personal
experiences the concepts discussed.
